Booking Terms & Conditions
Welcome! Please review the following ticketing policies before completing your booking.
By purchasing any ticket type, you agree to these terms, which are in place to ensure fairness, safety, and smooth event operations.
FULL PACKAGE TICKETS
(Admission + Accommodation + Extras)
1. Booking & Deposit
• Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £45.00 per person to secure your place.
• The full remaining balance must be paid no later than 13th March 2026 (10 weeks prior to the event start date).
2. Late Payments
i. If your balance is not paid by the due date listed on your invoice, a £10 late fee per person will be added to your booking.
ii. If your balance is not paid within 14 days of the due date, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and all monies paid, including your deposit, will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations – Up to 4 Weeks Before Event
If you need to cancel on or before 24th April 2026 (i.e. at least four weeks prior to the event), you will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit (£45.00 per person).
4. Cancellations – Within 4 Weeks of Event
Cancellations made between 25th April 2026 and the event start date (22nd May 2026) are non-refundable, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
5. Late Bookings
For bookings made after 13th March 2026, payment terms are as follows:
• Full balance must be paid within 7 days of the e-invoice being issued.
• After 25th April 2026, full payment is due at the time of booking.
💡 Note: Optional extras such as Sea View Rooms, V.I.P. Packages, and Extra Nights are invoiced separately and must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
6. Amendments
Booking amendments (e.g., name changes, upgrades) are subject to a £10 administration fee per booking.
7. Cancellation Charges
All cancellations are subject to:
• A £10 administration fee per booking, and
• A £5 cancellation fee per person
These fees apply even if your ticket is transferred to another guest.
8. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the event the full package experience is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered:
• A transfer of your booking to the rescheduled or next event, or
• A full refund of all monies paid, including deposits and extras.
9. Age Restrictions
No person under the age of 18 is permitted to attend under a full package booking unless accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
10. Proof of Age
Anyone appearing to be under 18 may be asked to present valid photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s licence, PASS-accredited card).
Failure to present valid ID may result in denied entry without refund.
WEEKEND ENTRANCE ONLY TICKETS
(Admission Only – No Accommodation)
1. Booking & Payment
• Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. No reservations will be held without payment.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
• All Weekend Entrance-Only Tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of personal or logistical reasons.
3. Amendments
• Any changes to your booking (e.g., name changes or ticket transfers) are subject to a £10 administration charge per booking.
4. Cancellations
Even though tickets are non-refundable, cancellations are still subject to:
• A £10 admin fee per booking, and
• A £5 cancellation fee per person
No refund will be provided, even with cancellation.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed, you will have the option to:
• Transfer your ticket to the next event, or
• Receive a full refund of the ticket cost (including any admin fees).
6. Age Restrictions
No one under the age of 16 will be allowed entry without an accompanying adult.
This applies to all weekend ticket holders.
7. Proof of Age
Any guest who appears to be under the age of 18 may be asked to provide valid photo ID.
Accepted forms of ID include:
• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• CitizenCard (with PASS logo)
Failure to produce valid ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Day Entrance Only Tickets
We’re delighted to have you join us for a day of entertainment and unforgettable experiences. Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions before purchasing your Day Entrance-Only Ticket. These policies are designed to protect both attendees and organisers, and by booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
All Day Entrance-Only Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Tickets will not be held, reserved, or confirmed without full payment.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Please be aware that all Day Entrance-Only Tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
We recommend you ensure your availability and travel plans are confirmed before booking.
3. Amendments to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking—such as updating attendee names or adjusting entry dates—please contact us in writing.
All approved amendments will incur a £10 administration fee per booking. Amendments are subject to availability and approval by the event organisers.
4. Cancellations
Although tickets are non-refundable, if you request a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
• A £10 administration fee per booking, and
• A £5 cancellation fee per person
Please note that no portion of the ticket cost will be refunded, and these fees apply even in cases where tickets are transferred to others.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the Day Entrance-Only portion of the event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond the organisers’ control (e.g. extreme weather, venue issues, public health concerns), you will have the option to:
• Transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or next available event, or
• Receive a full refund of any monies paid, including ticket and admin fees
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following an official cancellation notice.
6. Age Restrictions
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and continuously supervised by a parent or responsible adult (aged 18 or older).
Unaccompanied individuals under 16 will not be permitted entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Proof of Age
To ensure compliance with age-related entry requirements, event staff may request valid photo ID from any attendee who appears to be under the age of 25.
Accepted forms of identification include:
• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• Official government-issued ID cards (e.g. CitizenCard with PASS hologram)
Failure to present valid ID when requested may result in denied entry without refund.
8. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your Day Entrance-Only Ticket to another individual, you may do so by contacting us at least 72 hours before the event.
All transfers are subject to a £10 administration fee, and must be approved in writing by the event team.
9. Entry Inclusions
Your Day Entrance-Only Ticket grants admission to the event for one specific day, as stated at the time of purchase. It does not include overnight accommodation, meals, or access to separately ticketed activities or parties, unless explicitly included in the ticket description.
10. Behaviour & Venue Policy
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to venue and event rules.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behaviour, excessive intoxication, or non-compliance with safety protocols.
No refunds will be provided in such instances.
After Show Party Tickets
Thank you for your interest in the After Show Party. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review the following terms before purchasing your tickets. By completing your ticket purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policies outlined below.
1. Ticket Purchase
All After Show Party tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. Tickets will not be held or reserved without payment.
2. Refund Policy
Please note that all After Show Party tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We strongly recommend reviewing your availability before purchasing.
3. Booking Amendments
Any changes to your booking (including name changes or ticket transfers) are subject to a £10 administration fee per booking.
Amendments must be requested in writing and approved in advance of the event.
4. Cancellations
While tickets are non-refundable, if you cancel your booking, a £10 administration charge per booking will be applied, along with a £5 cancellation fee per person.
No refunds will be issued, and cancellation fees apply even if the ticket is transferred.

In the event that the After Show Party is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, public health concerns, or extreme weather), you will be given the option to:
• Transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date or future event, or
• Receive a full refund of all monies paid, including any booking fees.
6. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for this event.
7. Proof of Age
Guests who appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide valid photo identification upon entry.
Accepted forms of ID include:
• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• CitizenCard (with PASS hologram)
Failure to provide valid ID when requested may result in denied entry without refund.
8. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, this must be arranged in advance and is subject to the £10 administration fee (see Section 3).
All ticket transfers must be completed no later than 72 hours before the event.
9. Event Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
