By purchasing any ticket type, you agree to these terms, which are in place to ensure fairness, safety, and smooth event operations.

THREE DAY TICKETS (Admission Only – No Accommodation)

1. Booking & Payment

Tickets Purchased in 2026

• A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1st March 2027.

Tickets Purchased in 2027

• All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• No reservations will be held without full payment.

2. Late Payments (2026 Bookings Only)

i. If your balance is not paid by 1st March 2027, a £10 late fee per person will be added.

ii. If your balance remains unpaid within 14 days of the due date, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and all monies paid, including deposits, will be forfeited.

iii. Any outstanding balances remaining after cancellation will still be payable, and the organisers reserve the right to pursue recovery of the debt, including legal action and associated costs.

3. Refund Policy

Tickets Purchased in 2026

• The £30 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is refundable up to and including 1st March 2027.
• After 1st March 2027, all monies paid are non-refundable.

Tickets Purchased in 2027

• All payments are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of personal circumstances, illness, or inability to attend.

4. Transfers & Resale

• Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
• Tickets may not be resold, reassigned, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
• Tickets remain the property of the organiser at all times.
• Any tickets found to have been resold, transferred, or otherwise reassigned will be immediately cancelled without notice.
• No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases, and entry will be refused.

5. Amendments

• Booking amendments (including name corrections where applicable) are subject to a £10 administration fee per booking.
• Amendments must be requested by the named ticket booker using the email address the booking was made under.
• Amendments do not include transferring ownership of tickets.

6. Cancellations

For Tickets Purchased in 2026

• The deposit remains non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is refundable only if cancellation is made on or before 1st March 2027.
• A £5 cancellation fee per person will apply.

For Tickets Purchased in 2027

• All tickets are non-refundable.
• No additional cancellation fees apply.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event the event is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered:

• A transfer of your ticket to the rescheduled or next event, or
• A full refund of all monies paid, including deposits

8. Age Restrictions

No one under the age of 16 will be permitted entry unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Proof of Age

Anyone appearing to be under the age of 18 may be asked to present valid photo ID.

Accepted forms of ID include:

• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• PASS-accredited card (e.g. CitizenCard)

Failure to present valid ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.

10. Right of Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event without refund if they:

• Behave in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner
• Are excessively intoxicated
• Fail to comply with event rules or staff instructions

11. Liability

The organisers are not responsible for:

• Travel disruptions
• Personal loss or injury (unless caused by negligence)
• Accommodation arrangements made independently by attendees

12. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be held liable for failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Government restrictions
• Venue closure
• Acts of God

In such cases, tickets will be transferred or refunded in line with Clause 7.

13. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the stated refund policy and deadlines.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after the applicable refund deadline will be considered a breach of these terms.

In such cases, the organisers reserve the right to:

• Provide evidence of agreement to these terms to the payment provider
• Cancel the associated ticket(s) without refund
• Refuse entry to the event

• The organisers also reserve the right to recover any outstanding amounts, fees, or costs incurred, including legal expenses.

Day & Evening Entrance Only Tickets
We’re delighted to have you join us for a day of entertainment and unforgettable experiences. Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions before purchasing your Day Entrance-Only Ticket. These policies are designed to protect both attendees and organisers, and by booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

All Day Entrance-Only Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Tickets will not be held, reserved, or confirmed without full payment.

2. Refund Policy

• All tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

We strongly recommend confirming your availability before booking.

• Booking amendments (including name corrections where applicable) are subject to a £10 administration fee per booking.
• Amendments can only be made by the named ticket booker using the email address the booking was made under.
• Amendments do not include transferring ownership of tickets.

7. Age Restrictions

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and continuously supervised by a parent or responsible adult (aged 18 or older).
Unaccompanied individuals under 16 will not be permitted entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Proof of Age

To ensure compliance with age-related entry requirements, event staff may request valid photo ID from any attendee who appears to be under the age of 18.

Accepted forms of identification include:
• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• Official government-issued ID cards (e.g. CitizenCard with PASS hologram)

Failure to present valid ID when requested may result in denied entry without refund.

9. Entry Inclusions

Your Day Entrance-Only Ticket grants admission to the event for one specific day, as stated at the time of purchase.

It does not include accommodation, meals, or access to separately ticketed activities or parties, unless explicitly stated in the ticket description.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to venue and event rules.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for:
• Inappropriate or abusive behaviour
• Excessive intoxication
• Failure to comply with safety or staff instructions

No refunds will be provided in such instances.

After Show Party Tickets

Thank you for your interest in the After Show Party. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review the following terms before purchasing your tickets. By completing your ticket purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policies outlined below.

No person under the age of 16 is allowed in the venue.

8. Proof of Age

Guests who appear to be under the age of 18 may be asked to provide valid photo identification upon entry.

Accepted forms of ID include:
• Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• CitizenCard (with PASS hologram)

Failure to provide valid ID when requested may result in denied entry without refund.

9. Event Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed:
• Inappropriate or abusive
• Disruptive
• In violation of venue policies

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
